Non Skiers

Away from the attractions of the skiing and boarding, Saint Martin and the surrounding area has a lot to offer. For a start, you will find many authentic Savoyard villages (including Saint Martin) where local life still carries on side by side with the winter visitors. Small shops stock regional produce and crafts and the restaurants offer a wide variety of dishes to cater for every taste.

For those looking for a day away from the mountains Moutiers and Albertville are both within a short drive of the chalet. There are many activities available, all of which can be arranged locally. Alternatively, we can put together a tailor made package for you on request.

Snow Shoe Treks – Several marked pedestrian paths allow you to walk and discover the numerous Belleville hamlets in a superb landscape. There are a multitude of guided snowshoe outings run by the local ski school or you can just follow the marked paths giving you the opportunity to discover this rich area and some wonderful views.
